Q. SHOULD I REPAIR OR REPLACE MY BROKEN HOME APPLIANCE?

A. If there is a broken appliance inside of your home you have two choices. You can schedule affordable appliance repair and try to cut costs. If it is a success, you will be able to continue using your current stove, freezer, refrigerator or washer and dryer. The second choice is to replace the unit.

Your household appliances have an estimated lifetime. If it is a broken appliance in the beginning or middle part of that lifetime, we would recommend calling our appliance repair service. In the event the appliance is somewhere around the end of its useful lifetime, we would consider replacing it with a new unit when your budget allows.

These are the expected lifetimes of each model of home appliances:

Q. CAN YOU REPAIR MY APPLIANCE ON THE INITIAL VISIT?

A. It’s always our goal to perform the repair within the initial visit. Over the years, we estimate our technicians are successful in fixing things with just one visit about 90% of the time. We carry almost all of the most common replacement appliance parts in our vans along with all of the tools to perform the work. If we do need to return to complete the repair, there won’t be any extra charge.

Q. WHAT IS THE SERVICE WINDOW FOR AN APPOINTMENT?

A. When you schedule a visit from one of our technicians, we give you a one to three hour window for our arrival at your house. And, our repairmen will call 10 to 15 minutes before their arrival. We know how important our customer’s time is. That’s why we try our best to be prompt. Since some repair jobs require more time than anticipated, we give our technicians a little cushion to finish a previous job and still not be late for the following job.
